Could someone maybe give me some advise No sugar coating respond is much appreciate it. That's right US is not what it used to. I am planning to move to Canada. I am now currently a PR in MI/US. I am Indonesian lives here since 2003. My husband is American. I have a job and we owned a property. Is that possible to keep my job here until I find a job in Canada. Where can I find a musician job for my husband? Any recommendation? any suggestion what best province for me to live in. Is this hard?
Thank you so much.

Yes - you can keep your job in the US until you find a job in Canada.

I think it's extremely unlikely your husband will be able to find a job until after you have become permanent residents of Canada and moved to Canada.

Yes - applying to immigrate to Canada is hard and takes work. Also, not everyone qualifies. You will need to spend time researching Canada's immigration programs here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp
