Anyone applying for FSWP (NOC: 1123), Let's network and share info as our domain is quite vague for job duties and responsibilities.

good move. I'm about to apply for the same category as I work for an advertising agency. Have you already applied? I'm wondering what documents need to be shared initially when the forms are submitted.

also would you know where to keep track of application quotas being met.

no i didnt apply yet, as i just knew about the occupations a week ago, registered for ielts on may 17,and getting my credentials assessed by WES. did you prepare your reference letter? are you in creative or client side? cos 1123 doesnt mention any of the creative/planners staff. as for the caps/quota, you can monitor it on the cic webpage , i dont have the link yet, once i do , i will share it .

I am also applying same category. but i have little confusion.
I am a Product manager-Marketing and same duties which mention in 1123 category.
i have enough experience as Product Manager in Pharma marketing.
my details are
Age: 25
Education: B.Pharm and M.Pharm
Exp: 2 years

but issue is i haven't have same education qualification as they mentioned in 1123.


should i apply or not?

were in the same boat it seems. im an agency strat planner. i think you wont find direct references to most roles but we certainly satisfy a lot of the main duties (I've. copied some below). I wasn't aware of WES assessment. what is that and how does one go about doing it (I'm not using an agent). are you following a format for your reference letters?

Evaluating specifications of products or services needing promotion and offering suggestions on the advertising requirements of an organization
Offering advisory to customers on matters relating to advertising or sales promotion plans
Devising and applying suitable publicity blitz for print or electronic media
Compiling, analyzing and developing prepare communications material for internal and external audiences

well as per the spreadsheet that is being shared around in the forums, i guess we have quite some time since till an hour ago, there was only 3 applicants. I guess no one was expecting this NOC to be open for this year.
hopefully, our applications reach before the caps fill
i still didnt sit for ielts and my eca report is not ready yet as i wasn't expecting to be eligible this year

Dear Friends,

One of my employer denied to give reference letter as they are not designing the job duties. They have given responsibility to consulting group call Haygroup to design. However they have given position description letter during my employment design by Hay group. I have below mention concerns.
1. Will it work as reference letter ?
2. Position description is not on letterhead of company as they have design by consulting firm. However, they have given front page on letterhead confirming that position description is design by others and attached with this letter. Will it be OK ?

Apart from this, below documents i am going to add.

1. Offer letter
2. Appointment letter
3. Probation letter
4. Confirmation letter
5. Increment letter
6. Salary certificate
7. Reliving letter &
8. Position description letter

In any of this letter, they did not mention about working hours. What we can do on this ?

I applied once before (but was too late), so I got everything. Except WES accreditation. I am not entirely sure why I didn't submit that in 2011. Maybe it wasn't a requirement or something.
