I am a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from India (Mumbai University) and have got 2+ years of experience in my field. To be specific I am a Piping Engineer (specialized in piping stress analysis). I have IELTS score with me and my band is 6.5. My Express entry score comes around 330-340 so have very little hope to enter Canada through express entry. I am not interested in bettingmy money on pnp programme as are not guaranteed and there is no refund policy available.
I have heard that companies in Quebec and Atlantic province do not necessarily refer express entry and PNP programmes rather they directly hire candidate from other countries if they have their degrees evaluated by world education service.
I am looking for someone who can put some more light on this topic and help me answer my query.
