My boyfriend and I are looking for a 1bedroom apartment in vancouver/burnaby/northshore. Our budget is 1200$-1300$ max. We´re moving later this month and are looking to rent from July 1st.

If you have not found a condo till, this may be useful to you. There are furnished apartment rentals at Toronto. When my friend came for a visit at Toronto, they were very happy with the services provided by them. They also got it at cheaper rates. I don't know whether they provide rentals at Vancouver. Just go through their site and hope they can help you.
