Long processing time - Rome

Hello all,

We are MPNP provincial nominees and applied on May of 2014 (complete application email from Rome) for PR. Since then we had many delays either from the VAC or from us because of what it was needed. We have finalized everything and all documentation that was required and Rome acknowledged receipt on January 7 of 2016. Since then, no news except an email from Rome (after a question we asked) that our application was / is under final review. Almost four and a half months...... Is it possible to contact them in any other way except emails because we get no answers? We tried to call but it seems it's not possible to actually speak with someone.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello friend also MPNP aplicant and cic received my PR application on 30 march 2015 and status is in process since 12 june 2015. Till now no medical request and no other update.
