I am working in BC as a junior marketing specialist, making 21.6 $ per hour.
The minimum wage for my occupation is around $15, and the median is $30.
There will be no way I can convince my boss to raise 9$ per hour since I just started working.

Will I have a high chance of rejection? our company has 0 TFW. I was informed that low-wage category generally has lower acceptance rate.

any input would be appreciated. thank you

Are you asking about an LMIA application? If so then yes - the LMIA is pretty much guarantee to be refused if you're not being paid at least the median wage.
