Hello guys,

I thought I was eligible to be a Skilled Worker but it seems like my profile is just ineligible.

I Meet all the criterias (I have the 67 points) and have at least one year in a qualified occupation in the last 10 years, have enough money to support myself but no LMIA.

I was wondering, is it mandatory?

Regards

No - LMIA is not mandatory. There must be another issue with your profile like amount of funds available or ECA.

Are you sure it's not mandatory? Becki do have an ECA and I entered the $40,000 for three people in proof of funds.

This is what the website says, just saw that.

"if you meet all the conditions set out in the minimum requirements, we will assess your application based on the selection factors in the federal skilled worker points grid"

I don't meet the eligibility requirements as I don't have an LMIA.

But I do have over 67 points.

I'm so confused. I did my EE profile 4 times already :(

Thank you for your time.

Cheers
