The messages would be in your actual account not emails. my request for Sch. A and FBI Check was in my account messages not email
I haven't yet--my family and I are on vacation and so I haven't gotten around to it. I should have time to try to link our application tomorrow.
Same here ... got the AOR on Aug 8th ,have been trying to link the application since with no luck ... I think i have tried 15 times already .Sent email to CIC but their canned response is useless ... Will call them tomorrow
OK, so I was able to link it no problem just now using the UCI and application number.
Got it, currently it's showing none. But will double check again in the following week.
@MizKat so can I ask you some questions?
1. how exactly did you do it?
2. did you write family name in all caps?
3. did you use spacebar on city of birth?
4. number of applicants = 2?
5. if you wrote city of birth, did you use all caps?
6. did you do any extra spacebars after the end of any field?
7. i want to do exactly how you did it, maybe it will work on mine too. please tell us.
A lot of you are having trouble linking your applications... just an FYI I had no luck when I tried using some of the instructions that were posted suggesting things be left blank and spacebars and stuff...
I used the UCI and Application number found on the email recieved by the PRINCIPAL APPLICANT. Everything else I filled in with the PRINCIPAL APPLICANTS information that we provided in application including birth info and passport info and it worked just fine.

Use UCI and Application Number.
Skip Country and City completely.
Enter all passport information of the PA.
Enter destination information.
Caps letter does not have any impact.
Hey guys so I made a post but figured I may get faster replies here... we just recieved the FBI report yesterday and I want to upload but It specifies that it should be scanned in colour and uploaded... mine is black and white, am I missing something?
Also should I upload just the actual letter/report (second page) or both the first cover page that has the big logo and name/address info on bottom and the letter? It's stapled together.. I'm assuming removing staple is fine?

What does DM means on Sponsor ecas?
My Ecas changed from in process to DM. I called CIC and they said that they are unable to see any decision and asked me to wait till CIC contacts me.
Sponsor ecas shows 3 line
1) App rec
2) Started working on
3) Sent AOR
and for Principal applicant is shows single line
1) App received
Is there a way to call CIC again and maybe different agent can give me a better reply?
