Jobs availability and application

Am a graduate of Town and Regional planning, i searched for job and there is availability of my discipline but am not a migrant yet and i don't know any town planning law in canada or neither am i member of the canadian institute of planner ? (as most requirement for job applications) please would i be able to secure a job even when my emigration process have not started ?

You can start by finding out the process of becoming a member of the Canadian institute of planners. Once you become a member, you can have better chance of getting employment and sponsorship. I think this is the first step. Secondly, you can check your eligibility to apply through Express Entry (Permanent Residency)
