I've done 2 medical exams, when i can expect any update

I applied and application received 12jan2016
Interview and process start august 2016
First medical examination done august 2016

Second is doneas requested august 2017

Im outland private sponsored refugee
When i can expect any update or DM on my case?? Please advise me
