My application for PR was sent to Mississauga in December 2017. January 27 I received acknowledgement of receipt. In March I was requested to link my application to online account and also to submmit the Shedule A Background by April 2017 which I did.
From May 2017, whenever I check the status of my application online I see the following: " we need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details". Since then no news from CIC.
Early August I decided to contact CIC to find out what documents are needed to continue processing my application and the Agent/Officer told me that Police certificate from my home country is requested and I submitted in the same day as I already had one, but up to now no news about my application and the status remain the same: " we need additional documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details"
Is there anyone experiencing the same or similar case as me?
