the immigration government website is extremely confusing. First they say that you can apply with Kit 1 without any financial requirements ( http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/sponsors-sponsored/apply/undertaking-application/index.html ) and then they say that there are some financial requirements. Sine I am a student, I can't actually show the required income ( although I can cover up our cost of living for a year until he gets a working permit ), but will that be enough? I was thinking to include in my applications a proof of my parents income for 2011 and a letter saying that worst case scenario we'll be living with them and they will support us. Has anyone gone through this already ?
