Immigrate through foreign company branch

If i own a foreign company and I'd like to open a branch in Canada can I get a permanent resident into Canada?

You would need to apply through a program like Express Entry or through the Start Up Visa program just like anyone else. Opening a branch in Canada by no means guarantees PR. It won't help you at all for Express Entry. For the Start Up Visa program, you need to find an investor before you can even open the company in Canada.
