IMM 5669 Validated or not?

Hi all... I just completed the Schedule A Background form and when i clicked validate it says it has been validated successfully but on the first page in to right corner in the little box that says OFFICE USE ONLY it says Validated NO

Did you save it and close the document, then re-open it to see whether the status had changed? Just a thought??

Yes I did... still says NO in box

Maybe try redownloading the form from CIC website and just redoing it. Trashing the one that won't validate.

Are you filling in this form on a Mac? I had the same issue, so I copied over the files/forms to my Windows computer, validated them, and it worked fine.
