I have CLB 6 and two NOC A and B work experience.

Hi,
I'm trying to apply under EE CEC.
I have one full year work experience through NOC A last year.
And I'm currently working NOC B for almost five months now.
I got IELTS score
Speaking 7
Reading 5.5
Writing 6.5
Listening 6.5

Am I eligible to apply for CEC ?
Can my current job be considered ad the primary work experience?
