I apply several colleges,can I use one of the offer given by the colleges to apply visa,and after going to Canada I can choose whatever college that gave me the offer to attend?

Hi All,

I would like to register for WES but when I try to pay for the fee there were two category in the section. They are WES ECA and WES basic document by document. In both of these two categories payment amount to these relevant categories was different.

Kindly explain me which category I should choose to pay for PR Immigration to Canada.
