How to sponser Brother from India

Hi Everyone,
I am PR from last 3 years and want to get my elder brother to Canada. can someone please let me know what are the easy option to do this.
I would like to state that I got married in 2015 and already sponsored my wife. Do you think I am eligible to sponsor my brother under Family Sponsorship Class. My brother is also Married and has one child.

Please help me to figure out best option I have to bring him to Canada.

You are not eligible to sponsor your brother since you are married. If he wishes to immigrate to Canada, he will need to qualify on his own through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.

Not sure about easy option.
If his language abilities are over CLB 7 then he can apply under 'Express Entry'.

Your existence will grant him extra 15 points

Student visa. Work permit? I don't know his abilities. Canada is very restrictive on whom it wants to see here.
