how to prove experience as a business owner

Dear Forum members

please help me with the following query;

1) For Manitoba business PNP, they need at least 3 years of experience as a owner/management,I am running my own business ( general store ) for more than 10 years.What kind of experience letter must I produce and who can issue this letter? what could be the possible documentations to prove my business experience.

2) Are there consultants available in Canada which can help someone doing business research and producing visit report while doing an exploratory visit to Manitoba which is mandatory visit if one wants to get 15 points.

please help clarify these queries.

You should provide evidence such as tax returns (both personal and corporate), any incorporation papers for your business, financial statements for your business, customer contracts and proof of payment of those contract, bank statements, letters from any business partners you do frequent / regular business with.
