There is inconsistency in the name of my parents on my my passport vs on their own respective passports.
-On my passport my mother/father's name is : First Name +Second Name
-On my mother/father's respective passport their respective name is : First Name +Second Name+Last Name
So how should I mention it my online application?..with or without Last name
Similarly there is inconsistency of names of my Canadian Relative relationship chain from one document to the other.....eg. my maternal grand mother's name is First Name + Last name in her passport but
In my mother's passport its mentioned as First Name +Second Name+ Last name.
How to take care of these inconsistencies in name.
