How much should we score in GT minimum!

Hi... Recently we got our WES ECA done. My husband has scored only 5.5 in ielts. He is MBA graduate. I am B.E graduate about to write this sep 30. What should be my target score for successful visa process?

At least 6 in each of the four categories. Preferably higher.
