How long shoud I wait after i submit my medical with Permenant Residency Fee?

well, i do not know exactly but you have to inform the embassy and also you might have to start all over again

I have applied for THe permanent residency under the skilled labour catagory.i appled in the month of jan'09.In April i was asked to submitt the POLICE CLEARANCE,medical test reports and also the RPRF.i submitted the same in the month of May'09.I am eagerly waiting for the PR.
My application status still shows in process.I am eagerly waiting for the PR.
can anybody let me know how long it will take to process further to get the PR.
