I am not in any way a medical professional but cannot see this condition being regarded a major medical issue given people live with this condition for years without any surgery or medical intervention.
If it were me though and the issue is a concern for the individual I would have it sorted out before coming to Canada given there are risks that anything in that area of body could be an underlying sympton of something else which could become an issue..
Ultimately a public forum cannot give medical advice on anything that would need to be from a professional assessment from the panel doctor doing the medical whether they even include the condition or make any recommendation.
