what part of Canada are we talking about? Each Province has it's own Health Care system... in Alberta the basic is free as far as I know, in BC you'll have to pay...
And what does difficult mean?
In BC you'll have to wait three month until you're covered and it's mandatory. You'll have to fill out an application and go from there.
Look up the website of the Province you're moving to for more information.
