I am living in New york on H1B, and green card in already applied.
Score in Ielts is 7.5 overall.
Education approved by WES canada- equivalent to bachelor's degree 4 years canada education.
work experience 10 years software engineer at infosys.

Husband- WES canada education ( B.tech degree) verified equivalent to bachelors degree canada 4 years.
Ielts 7 overall.
15 years work experience india.


Please suggest options forf PNP in Canada or Canadian express entrt for PR

If you get 8 7 7 7 in L R W S respectively, this is CLB 9( you will get 50 more when you have CLB 9 ), you get most out of the IELTS in CRS.

I am not sure which field you both are working in but if its IT then not much option left of outside Canada.
PNP: Check the immigration websites for all states and keep watching every day/week. Keep visiting this forum. This is the only way where we can find if any PNP will be open or already opened and accepting the application.
Doors are closing and already closed many in the last 5+ years hence you need to act fast. You can find the PNP programs by yourself by visiting the individual states' immigration site. Closely watch for the programs that are offered without employment offer and try to submit the application soon its opened - this is the only option for outsiders. Its hard but the only way to do.
Based on your experience, i assume that you wont get full points for age. So i think PNP would be the best option for the current score and education.
