Getting finger prints sent over to the fbi for the police certificate

Where can i go to get my finger prints taken on a paper that i can send to the fbi for the police certificate.? i am already inland Canada and understand covid might be dewlaying or closing some of these offices.

2. Google fingerprinting services in the city where you reside. Some are still open.

Offices are closed due to covid but i got advice from a finger printing agent to get my own ink pad and the top boxes are rolled and the bottom are flat. This is for a us police certificate
