HI Gurus,

I have 1 year of work expirence in HR recruiter position in India.
Plus, I have positive LMIA. Can I apply for immigration under FSW outland prog. ?

I have my all pay stubs til date. What more document I need.
I do not have my tax return for year 2014 as my income was low dfor that year.

Please help with this query of mine... A background on my status. Got my AOR in April and since then the status states review of eligibility and my application is "spouse not accompanying".

Now my wife just got her IELTS score and with her as sole applicant her score is 460 and with me as spouse accompanying her it becomes 464. So i guess she should get an ITA with the next couple of draws. Now before i put up her candidature in the Express Entry system pls help me with the below query
When she puts up her credentials for ITA, can it be done as travelling with spouse, that's me as her score is higher that way and she will not travel alone without me.

Will this affect my application which is already in progress? Is there some rule related to this? Or would this be just doubling our chances? And should i create a second profile? Or will i be able to use my existing profile?

I have a question for those who know (e.g., from their GCMS file) that their application was processed in their local visa office, and who received PPR:

Did the PPR email come during your local office hours, or Canadian office hours?

Omg guys I just received PPR!! Got an email from my consultant!!! My timeline is in my signature. But I have no idea about the visa office and when the BG check in progress as I never ordered GCMS notes!!!!!

I never expected it to be this early!!!

I am worried because many people's got ppr after 4to6 weeks after paid RPRF.

I would truly suggest that RPRF has nothing to do with estimation of timeline, it is just a one more step in all the processing. There are ppl who get this just in couple of days after AOR, and others claim they get the request along with PPR letter

Ghost update on my CIC this morning but no mails or messages yet.
As i mentioned my earlier messages, they have replied to one of my detailed email after 41 days ago then two ghost mails in just two days.
And after 10 days now a ghost update .

FYI - My AOR is Nov 20th

Definitely a good sign, could you remind your visa office and how did you reach them, any email or cse?

Im from Sri Lanka but my visa office is Ottawa (GCMS says file transferred to Ottawa due to work overload, re-distribution).

*After completed my 6th month i sent them a mail and they havent replied me, and then i raised a CSE and i got a auto generated reply withing no time and after 2 days i received a reply but i know that is one of their replies to CSE's,

*Then i called Ottawa 3-4 times and agents were nice but seems they cant tell much about our files.

*Then i got this reply for my first mail after 41 days and it says -
" Dear applicant,
Please be informed that we are awaiting the results of some internal processing prior to the finalization of your application. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times. At this time, there is nothing that is required on your part. Your continued patience is greatly appreciated.
Regards, "
Seems thats not one of their templates.

*After this mail i got two ghost mails

*Then after 10 days again a ghost update in my CIC but no mail still.

Ordered my 3rd set of GCMS last week, i really hope that my PPR will come before GCMS this time
