I have a foreign personal use property (not generate any income), and I don't have a chance to sell it, cause it is old flat that no mortgage can be granted, after the whole family move to Canada for 20 year, now we get a chance to sell it, there will be a capital gain of it, the different between my property assessment with the sale is around cdn$422,413.00
