ask ko lang kapag ba pinanganak mo sa Canada ang bata, anong citizen nya? may mga benefits dn sya like sa US?
Yes, automatic magging Canadian citizen ang bata and maraming ofcourse maraming benefits yan compared sa US.
Free Healthcare, Free Education from elementary to High school (kng college may bayad na), then may child tax benefit pa or monthly financial support from the government of canada. depende sa age but usually pag 4 years old ang bata nasa mga $500/monthly yan. Saan ka pa, and I dont think that US has that kind of benefits, neh hindi man lang libre health care nila.

Hello po...
Curious ako sa child care arrangement.
Kasi may aunty ako dun na may home care for kids/day care center (how'd you call that po yung nagaalaga sila ng mga bata ng mga working parents?) hehe!
They have around 12-15kids doon of different races na inaalagaan.

You need to ask an Acceptance Letter from the educational institution kng saan sya mag-aaral. That's all you need.
Without the acceptance letter hindi pwedeng mag apply nang student permit.

Double check mo ha kasi just last December somebody told me that effective January 2013, instead of Canadian Citizen magiging "Canada-born" nalang daw. I was just told by a Filipina who gave birth Nov 2012.

Dear All

I applied for my Work Permit in SEP-2012 and was rejected asking my employer to obtain an LMO. Now i have received a Positive LMO and have reapplied for my Work Permit. Now my question is "Would the Visa Officer find any new reason for rejection?" or he would have mentioned all the reasons for rejection when i applied first in SEP-2012.

Sorry po forgot to mention
My son is 3months palang po.
Yung child care arrangement that they are referring pertains to child applying for student permit lang ba or for TRV rin na 2y/0 and below?

Below that age, TRV na. Di na kailangan ng letter of approval sa school sa canada pag mag aaral ang anak, as long as ung hubby mo Skilled Worker (Under NOC O,A,B) or International Student (Full Time).

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/philippines/visas/minors-mineurs.aspx?view=d

you are a full-time student at:

*a public post-secondary institution, such as a college or university or collège d'enseignement général et professionnel (CEGEP) in Quebec

*a private post-secondary institution that operates under the same rules and regulations as a public institution, and receives at least 50 percent of its financing for its overall operations from government grants (currently, only private college-level educational institutions in Quebec qualify) or

*a Canadian private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees

*you have a valid study permit

Hello.

Good luck! :)

Hi everybody,

Newbie po ako sa forum d2, ask ko lng sana kc sabay sabay kami nagpass ng husband ko- TWP, then ako- SOWP then our daughter- TRV ng applications sa Embassy. They have received our applications, Jan. 07, 2013 then nung Feb. 18, 2013 nakareceive ung husband ko ng AOR/MR pero kami ng daughter ko wala pa. Do we still need to wait for our MR/AOR bgo kaming lahat mgpamedical or mauuna na ba dapat ung husband ko? Hope somebody can answer my query. Di ko din kasi alam if kelangan ko na ba mginquire sa embassy and ask the staus of my application?

Thank you sa mgrreply and god bless us all. :)
