They applied from inside Canada but their cases will consider as they applied from outside Canada for buffalo applicants.

here is my time line

CSQ: 09/07/2012
Federal Application to Nova Scotia:23/07/2012
AOR: 31/08/2012
Medical Request from CPP-Ottawa:07/09/2012
Medical Sent: 18/09/2012
E-cas: Medical received 14/10/2012

as i understand, almost all the applications for PR which been field after 01/01/2012 is directly forwarded to Ottawa CPP, so whatever was the country of origin the processing time will be the same for all the application. it is good idea to keep all our information in one tracker so we can predict when each one will receive his upcoming update

Is it show in your e cas that your case is in process? like this one "We started processing your application on January 14, 2013."

Thanks Mah2 for sharing us your time line. your sequence looks like usual. i have some news which may be a good sign. this month 2 colleagues of Mexico have received their visa, their files were processed in Ottawa CPP, one of them applied in April and the other in August 2012. hopefully by February we hear more good news.

im a silent reader to this forum since my QSW application.

Is there anybody here who just had there medical this January? I did mine last January 16 here in montreal and my husband in the Philippines last January 18.
How soon from then on would the ECAS change if immigration received our medicals?
I was wondering why did they asked us to submit our medicals to CPP-Ottawa even if we selected Manila to be our visa office for federal? Is this normal situation? Im here in Montreal on a work permit.

the clinic we did our medicals said they will send in 2 weeks if all is well with the medicals and its been past 2 weeks since we did the medical but no update yet..thanks and hope all goes well to all of us.

AOR- December 27,2012
medical request- jan. 7, 2013 (from Ottawa)
medical done- Jan. 16 , 2013 (Montreal) dependant-Jan.19 (Philippines)
