Hi everyone,
I am a palestinian , married and i have 4 kids. Currently in UAE and i Have USA visa .
Am planning to seek asylum through canada land port.
My question is as of safe 3rd country aggreement . My Wife has her aunt (Mother's sister) there in Ontario . So what is the steps i should go through starting from mooving to the borders?
And the other important question is what is the liability of her aunt when they will call her . Did she eill have any liability or responsibility or her citizinship will be lost for that?

Thanks in advance

as far as i believe only 1st blood line, as in only parents and sibling and partner (hubby/wife) and children if they reside in canada you can seek asylum via usa/canada border.

Unless your wife is travelling with you you won't be able to claim exemption to safe 3rd country agreement.

Yes sure my wife and my kids also will be with me .
My question in this case is: ( will this affect her aunt . By other meaning will the government will cause any problem to her aunt?)
No problems for the aunt.

Check to see if you qualify under Express Entry before you go the refugee route. Approval under the refugee program is far from guaranteed.

Thank you for your response,
Already I checked for EE and unfortunately am not eligible .
Make sure you have plenty of evidence to support your refugee claim.

I assume you've been working in the UAE so CIC may be concerned you are economic immigrants.
