I want to file my case under family class sponsorship where do i have to mail it to Case processing centre in Canada or embassy of canada in Pakistan kindly advise

Under Family class sponsorship my uncle is my sponsor my mom brother and he has no kids and 2 years back have lost his wife and has no one in Canada as near relative. I am his niece in Pakistan can help sponsor me under family class sponsorship on other relatives category.

Does he have a wife or common law partner?

1. Yes, if his parents are deceased, has no children, no spouse, doesn't have Aunt/Uncle/Neice/Nephew/Brother/Sister residing in Canada.

1. If i am going to send my application to Mississauga from Pakistan do i have to send my original passport too or just copies.
2. My Uncle is retired and is sponsoring me with support of his wife's brother family and far relatives as financial support as sponsor on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds will this work.

2. Your uncle has to meet any income requirements on his own. He cannot rely on support from his wife's brother's family or use H&C grounds.

On reference to the above update what if sponsor does not meet the MNI and request the Minister to change the category under section A25 (1) of family sponsorship application to Family Humanitarian Compassionate.

So basically i can apply and take a chance and where as i have also read coated below:-

I as a sponsor and principal applicant request the Minister or their delegates to initiate processing under A25(1), where officers MUST CHANGE THE CATEGORY AT THE selection stage of processing as outlined to change the stage to Family Class Humanitarian (FCH). The Family class applications with a sponsorship where the sponsor is ineligible (because I am not financially meeting the requirement as sponsor) MAY be processed Under A25 (1). *The criteria for such applications under H&C are outlined in Section *8.2. For ALL such cases, the category must be changed to FCH at the selection (step 2) and finalized as such.


*Section: 8.2. Family Class:

H & C consideration / review will be granted only upon the request of the sponsor and prospective permanent resident.

Kindly advise if this can really happen.
