Double charge on credit card

Hello, my name is Siddhartha Morales. I applied for a work permit and latter on I paid the VISA application, then when I checked my bank account I disscovered that I was double-charged. Does anyone know what do I have to do in this case?

Contact your bank as well and state that the second transaction does not belong to you, they usually ask you to fill a form where you state the date and amount of the transaction which doesnt belong to you (banks work different in each country so I dont know how the procedure goes there but this is how it works here) and they will refund you.... at least thats what happened to me ... also contact cic....
