My wife is on a open work permit and I am on a TFW permit, and we have applied for PR EE under the FSW category 20 days ago after an ITA was received.
She is due to commence an 8-month course (4 days a week, 3.5 hours each day) in Accounting to be eligible (in the future) to register with CPA Ontario.
Does she need an additional study permit?
She was told by the University that she does not need one.. but I am unsure.....
And advice would be gratefully received.
