Hello experts ,
I am uploading the documents for PR application, but i don't see any link to upload letter of explanation. do you need to update something in form to get the letter of explanation tab?
I would appreciate the quick response !

Just log out. Change your browser. Use incognito window to login in Chrome and Private window in firefox to login to CIC and you will see the LoE..

This is normal doing this couple of times will normally fix the issue.
