If so, then yes. That is your declaration that you will be responsible for your wife when she becomes PR. Only time you wouldn't need to fill that out is if you are in Quebec.

Thank you! but the one you bolded has 7 pages but the one you had earlier send a link or the one I am refering to only has one page. how is that?
I noticed that too. Just stick with your document checklist. So the 7 page one would be the one to fill out, since it's with the American Guide
I think the one page form is the old set of imm 1334. Before it was split up into two parts: 1334A and 1334B. Now since they have updated the forms, it is all combined into one longer form, making it easier rather than splitting it into 2 separate parts.
