Difficult situation

Hi guys...I am in a tragic situation...currently I enrolled in the university of guelph but I can't follow the course structure..really frustrated...so I planned to change my institution and course but I can enroll in another college for jan intake..Is it a bad decision?

You can certainly enroll in another college for the January intake. You should continue to attend Guelph until you switch schools. If you are out of school for more than 90 days, your study permit will be automatically canceled. Also, if you decide to stop attending Guelph before you start classes at your new college in January - you will have to stop working.

Yes - you'll need to apply for a new study permit if you are going to stop attending classes for more than 90 days.

However even if you apply for a new study permit, you will still need to stop working as soon as you stop attending classes. I assume you can support yourself in Canada without working between now and January.
