Say i got the offer letter for computer system technician -diploma from seneca but i wanted to study computer programmer analyst so my agent says no worry pay fees and get visa ,in college itself you can change course .So how easy is to change the course in seneca ... And also what is the procedure to do so ..if any one has tried to do it in other colleges feel free to share im sure it would be same
