I have Ontario G driving License for less 11 months so far, and have ontario platted car, if i move to edmonoton alberta, can i retain my D/L if i dont change the car plate number as well, the reason is, i used to have class 5 D/L in calgary then moved to toronto in 2015 and they refused to give me G D/L license since i was holding Class 5 for less than 2 years, i am going to edmoton to look for jobs there and if i dont i might come back to toronto and i dont want to lose my G D/L.

on another subject:

would appreciate if anyone know a cheap shipping service to ship my car, i found one quoting 1125$ in 9 days delivery.

If you are moving to Alberta, you are very likely to be required to change to an Alberta licence. You will need to look up the Alberta laws on how long after moving to Alberta you are required to exchange your licence, and re-plate your car.
