These links are fine to register a foreign business name/ business in Canada but of course there is a lot more involved to actually establish and operate a foreign owned business as has been highlighted to the OP over many posts.

Hence they really need to consult an immigration/business lawyer to advise them not only on setting up a business but also how the OP can obtain PR which appears to be the underlying theme given without getting PR status the OP could not work at any time for their business in Canada if that is the also the intention.

If it were so easy for any foreign entity to setup in Canada everybody would be looking at such a short cut to PR and there would be no need for a startup or entrepeneur program with major investment requirements.
