You cannot claim asylum from Pakistan. If you want to claim asylum you basically have two options: (1) Obtain a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada, travel to Canada and claim asylum when you arrive in Canada; (2) Move out of your home country to a different country. Once you have moved to that different country, be officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR and identified for resettlement in Canada.

Thanks alot i searched all the ways online but there is alot of duration of stay in other country for getting entry or approval from canada i heard i took about 13 months and i am in trouble and this is very expensive to me so please there is no more ways to help us !

In that case it doesn't sound like applying for refugee status will be possible for you. If you still want to immigrate to Canada, you will need to look into Canada's economic immigration programs like Express Entry.
