I just love how vague the letters from CIC are. Today we got a letter regarding my husband's application (Spousal - in canada) and it says that his application has been completed. It also advises that the CIC Centre in Hamilton will contact us our permanent resident status. Does anyone know how long it will take to get this 'letter' from Hamilton?
Also, it advises that 'At the time of your appointment, you and your family members, if any, will be required to present the original identification document(s) to the CIC. We have a 5 year old daughter (she's a canadian citizen), do we need to bring her? I'd rather leave her in school if possible since she tends to be a handful when she's bored!
