Got my AOR and Medical email on the 1st March.
No medical bookings available in March. the earliest date for the whole family is 1st April.

Great news, I have my medical booked for 3rd April in Edmonton. dunno how long is the wait after the medical results are submitted.

We did our medicals at Dr. Grunberg's clinic last Feb.14..and in my e-cas, it now(Mar.7) shows "medical results received.

I got my AOR and Medical request today. Do you guys know if slightly off vision affects the medical test for CIC? I mean i dont have glasses because practically i dont need them, however I dont think i can read the bottom line in a vision test
Do you think they send you back for this?

You can ask the doctor when you book your medical appointment, how does it affect.

i just received the letter for medical on Mar 14, and i booked the medical appointment on Mar 20 (Calgary)

I tried to book the other, i have to wait until April 2x.

I booked Johann Van Der Merwe or Wessel Kriel , the office is on elbow drive

anyone had done by them before ?? Are they send the report quick ??

have a question in mind about adding spouse to your application after got nominated and add her as a dependent in your cic application. does this kind of situation slow down your processing. have one friend of mine who said it takes about 6 months more to process these kind of applications from cic. confused need advise

Unfortunately yes it would slow down as I have a housemate who have the same situation after he got married here in canada.But nevertheless you also have to declare a change in status as soon as possible to CIC as it is clearly stated in the AOR of the application.It took him around 5 more months.He was on on process already when he declared he got married.But the good thing is that when the result came out, his spouse is also included.

yes thats a good outcome after a long wait. but in my case the wait may be longer bcz she's in india right now and you know more formalities for the internationals. i just send my application last week and it is delivered today in CIO office. so how long you think it would be to expect for the file no. and for medical request??
