Hello
since I came to Canada i have been looking for private apartment to live in
but I couldn't find a place due to the lease requirements (jop letter, credit check,,) I'm protected person and I'm waiting for my IRB letter and for the work permit I'm financially capable and responsible but still no hope in the horizon, I'm sick of staying at airbnb's and homestays
any advice please.

I would consider trying to find an apartment or house where one roommate is trying to sublet their room. There is often less financial information required. Depending on where you live the rental market is quite tight.
