Yes, I do agree that we all benefit from each otherīs experience, and I am not really sure itīs good or bad to be honest Boobee as the more I try to understand this process, the sick I get. jejeje    I just donīt have enough POWER to speed up this process... Grin

I understand how you feel. As they say "No news is good news" and we must accept the fact that CIC have a quota system, and will only intake so much with a year. Yours might just got put over to the next batch. Chin-up, we're all in this together, and must have the determination to see the end result which will be positive.

HAVE ANY OF YOU (APPLYING FROM DR) SENT OUT UR MEDICAL EXAMS WITH MAIN APPLICATION? CUZ I DID, AS IT WAS REQUESTED WITH THE SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION AND MY MEDICAL EXAMS EXPIRED IN JANUARY. IM WONDERING WHY DO THEY REQUEST IT WITH MAIN APPLICATION KNOWING THAT PROCESSING TIME IS OVER 12 MONTHS?, THEY KNOW IT WILL EXPIRED BEFORE VISA IS ISSUED. Undecided DOES IT MEAN THEY MIGHT EXTEND THE TIME OF MEDICAL RESULTS TO B VALID OVER 1 YEAR?

Lillyvd

I am afraid you will have to retake the Meds..

The up-front medical examination process is only available to spouses, common-law partners and dependent children.

Check on this..

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp
Validity
You can only use your examination results in your application for 12 months from when you had the examination. If you are not admitted to Canada as a permanent resident within this time, you will be required to undergo another examination.

Boobee....trying to send you a PM but it seems to be broken.

The link you are looking for is ww.facebook.com/?sk=lf#!/group.php?gid=43909231683

Search "Dominicano Spouses" in the searchbar and it should pop up!

Hope you get this!
