Hi XXX:

I received a answer on XXX's file today.  His file received a positive decision in Jan. of this year.  The medicals have expired, but he should wait until he is asked to redo them.  They are currently running a enhanced security and background check on him and that will take several months.  Due to the conflict that occurred in his country of origin, they must ensure that he has not committed any crimes that would make him inadmissible to Canada.  They told me to check back on this file in 6 months.

I hope this information is helpful.

Yours Truly,

SO WHAT DO U THINK THIS EMAIL IMPLIES?

Asked and answered.  Approved pending security/background clearance.

Your relationship has been found to be genuine and meets the criteria of the conjugal category.  However, they have to perform the security and background checks before they will issue a visa.

Hello Vinz,
can u plz give us details about your petition? and how far everything is going.

As of the moment, my partner got a letter from the embassy in Manila but it was confusing because the sponsor's name was not him. I'll be going to Manila Office this week to clarify this thing.

My partner got approved to sponsor me last January 2009 and we have done everything already. Passed the necessary documents last April and it took 5 months after we heard from them which I'm referring with the letter. It was received yesterday.

It was stated there that they need more documents.

I hope everything will be okay already when I go there at the Embassy.

Please help us to pray to be approved.

Hello to all, my partner sponsored me as conjugal partner, and on our application status there,,,,, is (legally separated with our ex spouses), the visa officer (singapore, canadian embassy) want us to provide divorce papers, and gave us to provide it within 90 days. and my partner thinking that we just pass a letter explaining that we cannot privide that because in the phils there is no divorce,

anyone knows what to do? or suggestions please advice.......
