hi good luck to every one i am  a pakistani national living in london my visa office is  london . this is 11th month started since my file is recived by chc london any one els i am still waiting for p p r .

Our ECAS says, I am approved as a sponsor and on my husband's side that the application was received Nov. 3rd and that medicals have been received.  Does that mean all his paperwork has been checked and we are on the final stage before passport request?

I don't know what it means when they say medical received. To be honest it does appear that there isn't much reliability in these status changes, and I think for some people they can go through the whole process without a status change, so I wouldn't read much into it.  I've heard of other cases where one day it says medical received and the next it disappears.  Just hang in there.

Hi Victorfoxtrot - we've not heard a peep since receiving our letter of sponsorship approval on 9th November! I really hope you get some good news soon, especially as our timescales are fairly similar! (ECAS reports that they received our application on 2nd Sept).

Hi Schintz, same as me then, I've heard zilch too.  Like you, my Ecas just states the date our application was received in missisauga - nothing about in process or meds received.  I hope it hasn't got lost in a black hole.  January WILL be our month!

Well 11 months is well over the average.  Just looking at your timeline it says you had an interview in October 2011 - is that correct?  I know someone else on here had an interview Ghausia I think, and they got their PPR a week after I seem to recall.  Are you absolutely sure that you haven't missed some communication from them?  It seems strange to me that they have interviewed you almost 3 months ago, and have not contacted you with the outcome.  I would get in contact with them and find out what the hold up/outcome is.  I think it is a fair request given your time line.

thanks victor and yameen i send them this time an agrasive email as well i criticize them been sarcastic . but some time they reply some time they dont .ist they have written my file recived date wrong . 2nd they called me for interview and asked for some dacoumentd profe of relation and staff . but she dint even ask for that in interview . third she said get your police certificate again from acpro i did it send them on 29 october in recorded delivery and it was conformed from royal mail that it was deliverd to chc london on 31 of october then i email then on 9th december they said we dint receive ur police certificate yet . she said if i have copy scan and send it in email . i did it agin i recived an email on 17 december they attached my pcc to my file waiting for background cheack . they reason is i am paksitani . and this not strang brove if i have applied form paksitan the normal processing time is 3 years . i send then last week an agrasive e mail i gave them all dacoument police certificate from paksitan and from london 3 time . medical 2 times . sorry boss you dont need to worry we are still slave and our blood  is still blue . even though i am living in london from last 5 years did my degree from london and working .but still they think that i am some one who will as soon reach canada will do i dont know what . that was my worst decision of life to put my case for canadian pr . trust me i love england from deep bottom of my heart .the way england treated me gave me opertunity to study live and work i am thankfull of them even if i go any where in the world i will love london like my motherland .

yameen its purley becuase we are paksitani . and then muslim so we have to face the music . there is no reason behind this huge time frame except if they que us for such long wait we might ended up in broken relation or may be find some one els . they do their best to stop us . but at some point they are right to . i do belive that we have problems in us people from paksitan are realy fanatic sick with ill thinkings . and all above hypocrate . what we do is  we do every thing to go out of pakistan and when we reach their we start beliving we are muslim and we bring more nagativity then positivity .trust me these criminal checks and background cheaks are the work of maximum of 10 working days england is already doing it . but they just keep it a side and see if you can wait or not . why they are doing it because we made them doing it . think about this why you are a canadian and geting married to a paskistani .why not with some one in canada with a white canadian or black canadian or indian canadain or chines canadian . when we are young we go there we drink wine play with girls but as soon our children brought up we take them to paksitan to get married this is the thing which irritates them . i am living in london i have seen this difference we paksiani realy dont deserve it . they are rightly  give us hard time becuase we give them hard time . i have seen indian boys and girls married to or in relation with any colour and religion black with any colour anr religion but pakistani specialy girls they have secret relations but they have to get married to a paksitani or at least muslims . british born muslim boys go to parties of their white and coloured english friends they are happy to dance with their sisters . but when those english boy wants same thing to british paksitanies  sisters then they become wild this hypocrasiy they dont like it .
 i have seen so many people with large beard and their ladies in vail and hijab coverd top to bottom . these religious hypocrate dont work live on benefits born babies in the name of islam and suddenly in jumar prayers they talk against intrest . while even knowing that they are getting those benefits which is collected in the form of intrest . i always put this question to those people why dont you go to islamic countries and live there like saudia iran or so called . you know what if you go there in saudia you start .... you know what i mean . these westren people are much better and big heart . although they ar non muslims ask any arabic country to give nationality to any paksitani no way they wont even if you get married to their women . even you cant work there you need to have a stupid person your garanter from that country who will do nothing but take share from your money. ( kafeel )  i have alot more things to say this is our hypocrasy towards west . now please dont say i become some nonmuslim of stuff but thats how i have seen thats how i feel .in my case i am married to my wife as i love her we met each other in plain and we refuse over familes will in paksitan as they were having issue of shia suni . otherwise i would never be married to a canadain girl .

we need to address these issues we have to see world with broden picture we have to work hard and hard . and i will humbley request to all paksitanis and specialy muslim please do not show your colour when you reach there as because of such acts we all get abused even if that is not the case do not do it as it is against our religion and human values .

yameen i think i got an answer from your reply if they said they will finalize your case by july that means they will finalize my cas by march as my file was transfered in march . will still  2 months i cant wait to see my wife .  we have been straugling from last 3 years  . ist we face pasksitani ill mentality to get married and then we are  facing canadain double standerd . if i wont get it in good one or max two months i will take my wife and go to some forest or jungle where there is no man kind i have enough of it i start hating who so ever made these bull *censored word* laws every where in the world. who so ever make laws only care for them self that these laws dsnt effect him .long live england

Checked ecas last week and our address was up (which was new) and I sent off proof of my girls Canadian citizenship cards Friday. I'm hoping for mid feb. Fortunately for us, life is u we crazy, so we don't go crazy waiting all the time. Will let you know if anything changes!

That's reassuring - surely they couldn't have misplaced BOTH our applications! Tomorrow starts a new working week - hope to see some good news from all those waiting for their PPRs!

hi everyone im soooo scared i just had a look at my ecas and guss what it says.....
yes it says "A decision has been made on *******application. The office will contact ********concerning this decision.
please help me im going mad i dont kno if its going to be an approval or a rejection.
my ecas also says they started processing my application on the 3rd january 2012 and they have recieved my medicals results.
so what does this all mean please help me.

PROOOOGREEEEESSSSS!  Or so I hope.  (lillia123, I don't think this is a bad sign.)  Just checked eCAS this morning and it says:

We received PARTNER'S application for permanent residence on July 25, 2011.
 
We started processing PARTNER'S application on January 4, 2012.
 
Medical results have been received.
 
A decision has been made on PARTNER'S application. The office will contact PARTNER concerning this decision.

Squee!  Please, please, please let us get an e-mail SOON.  I hope this is a good sign.
