We just received a letter via e-mail from CIC to say that our application to sponsor has been approved. So happy right now as we were not expecting anything until the end of next week!!   |

Hello everyone,
roller coaster ride of my case seems come to an end soon(hopefully) I have submitted the requested document and received an email from CHC-London that my application is awaiting a final review by the immigration officer.
since I have provided them with the document they requested, I so hope that outcome is going to be positive, just in case, what to expect from them now? a ppr or an interview call ?
its already been quite long process for me and my medical is expiring on 5th of february!

Hi Kelly
I have sponsored my husband outland application at buffalo and our application was transferred to LA , our ecas status shows decision made after medicals received on November 3rd 2011 and it is almost 6 weeks now and have not heard anything , my lawyer says he has sent 2 case specific enquirires and no news yet .
My worry is if that PPR is lost in the mail/email, from what I have seen there is only 30 days to send in your passport from the date of the PPR,I am confused worried can you share your thoughts as I have seen from the forum that you had similar experience

wow, wonder why? Did they also ask for your actual pport, or just copies of the pages? |
