We were told a system error didn't notify London that we had paid hence London kept asking for payment but according to CIC it was showing up on the system...all confusing but at least it's now sorted...phew!

Such a relief to get the PPR, you must be over the moon, I know the feeling!
How are you going to celebrate, once you've stopped jumping up and down that is!

Hi Congrats to those who received their PPR.

My status on ECAS has changed from In progress to Decision made. I have sent them the letter about a month ago that i want to withdraw my case (for some family reasons) so rather than "withdrawn" status it says "Decision Made" .

I dont know what London office are doing, I am not sure what they have done with my case, they better not reject as i said to withdraw it well before time. You can only withdraw it when its "in Progress" so how can they make decision Huh? All this is beyound my understanding............

Does this make sense to anyone Huh? as i dont want to hear any rejection.........
Also can someone tell me how long will it take now before i hear anything from them?Huh i mean after ECAS update?

Look at ours, very straight forward case, no previous marriages, no kids involved but it got held up in the system...computer system updates we were told, so never think it will be a set time, we watched many get PPR's before ours, although disheartening- it's the process and it's all part of it.

Naz, so you withdrew your outland application and have submitted a new one to Vegreville, is that right?
The decision made status is strange. Whether its a rejection or not doesnt really matter does it? If you have submitted a new inland application then what does it matter if you got rejected outland. And if you got accepted then thats good too, you can land etc.
Or it could just mean that decision made means they have noted your want to withdraw.
When did you withdraw, and when did you get decision made status?
And when did you submit a new application?

Ok, I added you to the spreadsheet.

Hmmmm hobbies..... unfortunately, I succumbed to checking ecas every few hours, and having endless discussions about what might be happening at london and Mississauga....not the best way to pass the time lol!
Try reading.... or watching reality tv haha!
Good luck!

PPR TODAY!!!! WOO HOO!
It has only taken us 12 years to get our act together.

Hubby is landing September 8.

Nothing like waking up at 2 am and not being able to go back to sleep.

Also our ecas still says Application Received. Who cares. Got the email.
