hi everyone, am going to be applying through london so hope it's ok to ask a question in here...
am at the point where i need to get the photos done...
now i have a copy of the appendix B with the exact stipulations for the mediacl photos, but i can't for the life of me find how many, and the stipulations for the rest of the photos i need to get...form just saying appendix A
anyone help  pretty please??

When you book your medical they will tell you how many photos to bring with you, if they don't tell you, ask.
You also need to send the same photos with the application, the checklist tells you how many you need, I can't remember off hand. Its a lot of photos.... and then they ask for more when you get the PPR!!
Good luck!

Did you hear anything yet? They "endeavour to get back to you within 1-3 days". Was this the case for you?

No, nothing. I am pretty upset. I at least wanted a reply from them.
On monday it will be 6 weeks since I posted it Sad

i used the same size for all the photos.
I think i needed 13 in total, 5 for medical and 8 for application and i got them all done at the same time, cost me a fortune! But yeah, i gave exactly the same pictures with the medical and the application.

We had all of ours done at Jessops - Canadian Passports & citizenship apps for my kids and the PR app for my fella.  They were really reasonable too.  We just took all the photo specs with us and he did everything in one session.

I had mine done at a small independent photography store and they just used a cheap digital camera, a white background (that I had to supply as they only had grey!) and the industry standard Kodak "print your photo" machine but they had to use custom settings for the specific size CIC ask for. Just bring the photograph specifications with you and make sure you double check what they give you. I had to have mine printed several times before they got them the right size. They were glad to see the back of me...
