No, no, no......keep celebrating. Was wondering given that the email looked the same (we're ready to send you your visa, send us your passport, etc.). I thought it would at least say "send us copies of the pages in your passport and do x,y, and z by x when you arrive at the port of entry of your choice by x date." Oh well, add it to the Huh drawer for our lovely VO.

Phew! You had me worried for a second! *Resumes insanely dancing around the room*

Seriously though, I wasn't expecting to still have to send my passport, but knowing Buffalo I wouldn't be surprised if it takes them 2 yrs to properly implement the change.

Noooooooo way, no need to worry. You're home free, as far as dealing with Buffalo goes (okay, I guess you have to deal with them to take care of your passport and return it). Now you just deal a teeny tiny bit with the nice folks at CBSA. Funny how you were the one to get it after a 2 week dry spell and you were also the one that was regularly posting about the lack of PPRs; as we say every so often here, "those IOs must be reading our posts."  Smiley

Congrats AmericaninQuebec....

I am still around....keeping track of the March spreadsheet and cheering you all on!!!

Have I got a funny story for you all...I got 6 ecas tracker updates...November 30 x3...that there has been a change and a decision has been made....well duh...hubs landed Sept 3.

December 1x3, your ecas tracker has been deactivated as there has been a decision made....well duh...again it was deactivated in early Sept.  The decision made showed up on Aug 19....

Guess the tracker is just as reliable as Ecas itself!!!

Anyhow, I wonder how long one should wait for their PR card before contacting the CIC? I've been told a variety of things as far as waiting for the card is concerned -- 1 month, 3 months, 2-4 weeks.. crazy.

I landed Sept 13 and mine was in the mail on Halloween
